I enjoyed my brief colonic session. It was a bit rushed but I reckon time is money and to be respected. I’m experience with colonics so I’m familiar with the practice and the purpose of this service. It’s not something we rush if we’re dealing with it from a wholistic approach. My attendant, Benedicta, was professional and very sweet as well as the receptionist, Princess. They are a delight. I enjoyed my interaction with them. I do have one complaint unrelated to the service which bothered me. This would fall under the managerial department. I visited their website and scheduled using their fee schedule which was rated at 500 ghc. I scheduled this appointment in December, 2024. I traveled there from Tamale. I spoke with the staff on 3 separate occasions to verify my schedule and protocols prior to the service. All was confirmed but they never mentioned a change in rates for the new year. When I arrived, although the staff were warm and inviting, I was charged 210 ghc to fill out a form which was never mentioned over the phone or online and a new fee for the service. Instead of paying 500 ghc, I was charged 875 ghc give or take a little. It was a bit off putting only because the company presents itself as professional until this occurred. I didn’t appreciate being surprised and then taxed for not knowing the new price nine days after the new year when my appointment was scheduled in December (old rate). I would have scheduled a new appointment had this not happened.
